Refund and Return Policy

Overview
Our refund and return policy for regular merchandise is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and must also be in its original packaging.
There are several categories of merchandise that cannot be returned. Subscription products, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:Gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, etc. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds are allowed:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.
- Any item not in original condition is damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.
- Any merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and within a certain number of days, the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited to your account.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to process.
If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us via email.
Specials
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.
Exchange
We only replace defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange the same product, please send an email to confirm and return your product to the designated seller's after-sales center address.
Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail the gift certificate to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail the product to the designated seller's after-sales center address.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of your merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
